In this episode, Bryan interviews licensed psychotherapist Kelly Grosklags about the healing power of “both/and” thinking.
They discuss this simple, yet profound way of looking at our lives that can help us gently hold space for - and honor - what’s present for us in any given moment. The “both/and” can be a very powerful tool to move us away from “either/or” thinking, which often leads to anxiety, worry and overwhelm.
Kelly Grosklags is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in grief and loss. She is the founder of “Conversations with Kelly”, which is an online platform and healing community bringing people together regardless of what they’re struggling with. Kelly is also the author of “A Comforted Heart” and the host of the the Conversations with Kelly Podcast.
Kelly and Bryan recently co-produced the award-winning documentary “Dying Is Not Giving Up”, which is aimed at helping medical professionals lean into end-of-life conversations with their patients.
